Position Summary:

The Controller, reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, will have responsibility for a three person team with overall responsibility for all financial reporting and accounting operations. This position will be viewed as a key contributor and leader in the organization and a critical member of the accounting and finance team. This person will partner with the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Executive Officer in ensuring the highest standards of performance, instilling best practices, and improving processes within the company’s financial and accounting organization. They will be responsible for enhancing the way the organization views and disseminates information that critically impacts the business and influences business decisions as well as evaluating and monitoring the portfolio’s financial health.
