POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Procurement Officer will lead the development and execution of a centralized global procurement function, establishing the strategy, governance, and operating model to drive scale, resilience and cost advantage across the enterprise. Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, this executive will oversee direct and indirect sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations while aligning category strategies with broader business objectives. The role carries responsibility for building a high performing global team, implementing disciplined processes and KPIs and strengthening supplier partnerships to enhance competitiveness and mitigate risk. This leader will serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise strategy and delivering measurable value through operational excellence and strategic sourcing rigor.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of global procurement leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and transforming sourcing organizations within complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. She has led procurement functions overseeing more than $750M in annual spend, establishing category strategies, commodity risk management frameworks and best-in-class strategic sourcing and supplier governance processes. Her experience spans direct materials, external manufacturing and indirect procurement, consistently delivering meaningful savings, productivity improvement and enhanced supplier performance. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, she partners effectively across innovation, operations and finance to align procurement initiatives with enterprise priorities. A collaborative and globally minded leader, she elevates procurement into a strategic driver of growth, resilience and competitive advantage.
