Position Summary:
The Chief Operations Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead manufacturing operations across a growing, multi-site footprint. This executive will oversee five production facilities along with corporate engineering and quality, driving improved plant performance, operating consistency, and scalable infrastructure. The role carries full responsibility for strengthening throughput, labor efficiency, waste reduction, and capital deployment while preparing the organization for continued expansion. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will align operations with strategic growth objectives and build the foundation for a significantly larger network over time.
The ideal candidate will bring 15 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience, including meaningful responsibility within multi-site manufacturing environments, ideally in food or other process-driven industries. They will have a demonstrated track record of elevating plant performance, leading capital initiatives, and integrating new facilities within a growth-oriented organization. This leader will combine operational discipline with a practical, hands-on style, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution. A collaborative builder of teams, the successful candidate will foster accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across distributed operations.
