The ideal candidate will bring 15 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience, including meaningful responsibility within multi-site manufacturing environments, ideally in food or other process-driven industries. They will have a demonstrated track record of elevating plant performance, leading capital initiatives, and integrating new facilities within a growth-oriented organization. This leader will combine operational discipline with a practical, hands-on style, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
