Position Summary:

 
The Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to the CEO, will lead key functions across claims, underwriting, sales, and business development to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. This executive will focus on expanding commercial lines, entering niche markets, enhancing direct distribution, and leveraging a new mutual holding company structure. The role is central to positioning the organization for long-term success and may serve as a succession path to the CEO.
 

The ideal candidate brings 10–15+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with deep expertise in commercial lines and a strong background in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Leadership across core insurance operations is essential, as is a forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology and digital tools. Strong financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder management skills are key to success.
