POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors with oversight of Finance, HR, and IT. This executive partners closely with the CEO to set financial and strategic direction, lead planning and performance management, and ensure the business delivers sustainable, profitable growth. The role is highly visible with significant board and investor interaction and plays a central role in preparing the company for a successful exit.

A highly hands-on strategic partner to CEOs and operating teams, they bring deep expertise in FP&A, pricing, operations finance, and M&A while building scalable finance organizations in complex, multi-plant environments.
