Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction, driving growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. This executive will be responsible for executing a long-term strategy to enhance profitability, strengthen key industry relationships, and optimize financial performance. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading product innovation, and expanding geographic reach. The CEO will also oversee budgeting, capital allocation, and M&A strategy to drive sustainable growth. Additionally, they will build and lead a high-performing executive team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
