POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Commercial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team with enterprise-wide responsibility for defining and executing the commercial strategy across sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and deepen customer and OEM partnerships across a distributed, multi-location platform. The role will architect the go-to-market strategy across power generation, industrial, on-highway, and infrastructure end markets while ensuring strong alignment with operations, finance, and supply chain. This position is designed for succession, with a clear mandate to scale the business and prepare for a future Chief Executive Officer transition.
 
The ideal candidate will bring 15 or more years of progressive commercial leadership experience within industrial distribution, power systems, or heavy equipment environments. This executive will have a proven track record of P&L ownership, building and leading multi-site commercial teams, and delivering consistent top-line and margin growth across complex, technical offerings. They will demonstrate strength in customer-facing leadership, OEM and strategic partnership development, pricing and contract management, and enterprise-level growth planning, including exposure to M&A. A strategic yet hands-on leadership style, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while operating cross-functionally are essential.
