Position Summary:

The Chief Operations Officer will lead and direct many corporate divisions including IT and Operations. The executive must possess a record of leading and achieving outstanding results in related areas.

 

The COO will drive process improvement to reduce administrative cost, enhance member experience, and simplify operations.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of executive level experience in health insurance/managed care operations and will oversee a total headcount of over 1,000 employees.
