The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and Board, leading the global finance organization and owning the company’s full Management Operating System. This executive will drive rigorous financial planning, KPI governance, cash management, capital allocation, and performance tracking across multiple business segments and geographies. The role carries responsibility for strengthening margin performance, optimizing working capital, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and ensuring disciplined compliance across complex international operations. As a visible enterprise leader, the CFO will help shape strategic priorities, support M&A and exit readiness initiatives, and build a world class finance function aligned to value creation.
The ideal candidate will bring 15 or more years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a stand-alone or business unit CFO within industrial services or manufacturing environments. They will possess deep FP&A expertise, strong treasury and cash flow management capability, and a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in leveraged or private equity-backed settings. This leader will combine analytical rigor with the ability to tell a compelling financial story, translating complex data into clear priorities that drive enterprise alignment and accountability. Globally minded and culturally adept, the successful candidate will be a confident partner to the Board and executive leadership while building high performing teams and sustainable financial discipline across the organization.
