Position Summary:

 
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, reporting, capital strategy, M&A due diligence, and investment management. This collaborative, hands-on leader will guide the organization through a major merger integration while building a strong financial infrastructure to support future growth. Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO, the CFO will establish disciplined financial processes and position the company for ongoing expansion and M&A activity.
 

The ideal candidate should have at least six years’ experience in senior financial leadership, preferably as a CFO, with deep experience in life insurance financials and statutory accounting. Strong expertise in managing complex regulatory environments, M&A transactions, and investor relations is essential. A CPA designation is preferred, along with proven ability to oversee investment strategies and effectively engage with Boards, regulators, and key stakeholders.
