Position Summary:
The Group Vice President provides the strategic vision (short term and long term) for all Fresh departments to serve the ever changing consumer and to position the grocer as the innovative leader in Fresh. This role develops and implements plans to increase revenues, reduce costs and improve overall results in the Fresh departments.
The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years Fresh Foods/Grocery Operations, the most recent five years in a senior leadership capacity. This executive should have prior experience at the VP level with full P&L responsibility, and proven ability to deliver measurable financial results.
