Executive Vice President

John P. Doyle brings more than 20 years of executive search experience, specializing in human resources and financial services to Slayton Search Partners. Doyle joins Slayton Search from Korn/Ferry where he was a Senior Client Partner.  Prior to Korn/Ferry, Doyle led the North American Human Resource practice for Spencer Stuart.

He has successfully recruited a number of chief human resources officers, as well as group level generalists and functional specialists across a wide variety of industries for companies of all sizes.

Mr. Doyle began his search profession as a managing partner with another leading search firm, where he was a major contributor to its human resources practice.

Before entering the search field, Mr. Doyle was an executive with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago. As a human resources professional, he directed the development of recruiting, training and management assessment strategies to support the company’s business objectives. His career also includes several years in banking and broker/dealer management positions at Continental Bank.

He has also been active in various industry and professional organizations, including the Human Resources Planning Society and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago.
